Cage it for life!

Well me an Danny had a productive day. Drove all over this great city buying autos and I am now officially a van guy.

I've been on this kick lately about getting all the things I wanted when i was 15. High on that list was a VW van and a mini ramp in my back yard.

Well todays efforts gained us;

1973 VW. Imported from Germany. No really! All the instruments are in KMs.

And Danny? Well he fulfilled his boyhood dream of MINI TRUCKING for lyfe. Some serious craftsmanship went into this Rig...

1991 Ford Ranger... ALL WOOD!

Yeah you read right all real fake wood paneling.

Next step? Mini ramp in the back yard.

p.s. anybody know a good VW mechanic? And a good upholstery person? (I almost said upholstery guy... but that would be sexist.)

Please leave the sticker of the sun on the van window.

if we are fufilling the child hood dreams lets go use that truck to steel wood for the mini ramp instead of having to carry that sheets on your back like a sucker.

There is also a TOOL sticker on the back!

And andy everybody know you wedge the wood between your nose on your deck and your front foot while pushing with your rear foot and dropping it and falling over every 10 fee.

What's wrong with the van? There's a guy that has a shop somewhere downtown but I can't think of his name right now. If you want log on to forums.vwvortex.com and post questions in the nevada utah section and I'm sure someone will point you in the right direction. Most people on there are genuine turds but there's a few aircooled and van guys that would help you out.
